sync problem with 510NJB22 tube / CM-A20HC chassis (/ MC-2000S ?)

Hi,

I have a problem with my monitor (tube:510NJB22 / chassis: Toei CM-A20HC)

i tried 4 PCBs, only 1 is working (a street fighter 2' bootleg PCB known has having "sync far away from others PCB's sync").
(picture is not perfect: there is a 2 inch black line on the left, no way to center picture)
3 PCB looks having sync troubles ( i tried to set H & V sync, but no way).

some people say me to try reversing sync on jamma loom (composite sync) by adding a 74LS04.
the tips is in ROMSTAR games manuals:

i did it: the PCB that was screening right, is screening with horinzontal tearing (curl).
i can now fix it (curl) by adding some 1N4148 Diodes between H&V pin (i really dont know where i can found this pins on the CM-A20HC).

For others PCB: same problem: no way to set sync...

Does anyone know what i should do to fix the problem?
chassis may have a trouble, but i don't understand why a game is screening well while all others aren't.
I found on the web that the tube can work with a Nanao/Sega MC-2000S, should a try changing the CM-A20HC by a MC-2000S?
does anyone where i can found a -working- MC-2000S ? for how much?

thanks
