These 2 cabinets are at the arcade i work at,

--Basically the Suzuka 1st player works perfectly fine, but the 2nd player the bike thinks that its angled towards the left all the time making the game unplayable....

-I checked the pot on the back of the bike it works fine
-I switched 1st player bike to 2nds player PCB and 2nd player bike to 1st player pcb which leads to 2nd player bike working fine but having the same problem on 1st player bike
-I cleaned both PCB and check the wiring on both of them.

Is there some sort of i/o board? anything i should try?

--The outruners worked fine but when i opened the coin door to lower the volume both steering wheels just went all out of alignment, both cars move towards the right and i have to keep the steering wheel to the left in order to go straight. Also sometimes the gas and brake pedals act like both are being pressed at the same time making the car not accelerate.

I haven't tried messing with this game but if there is something i should do please let me know...

on the suzuka, does the problem appear to be in the bike or the pcb? didn't quite follow you in the first post
i had one that had a ground wire pull loose out of the connector that was up inside the bike and it did the same thing yours did

Suzuka has an auto-calibrate feature. We just sold ours, so I cant do it now, but I'm quite certain that if you hold down the service credit button and then flip the test switch to on it will go into some "initialize" mode automatically. You can scroll through this 2nd test menu with the service credit to see monitor patterns and other stuff. After that turn the test switch back to off and try the game again.

the bikes are fine, i switched them from pcb to bike and they respond fine its only 2nd player pcb thats acting up...

this is the stock way

1game+1bike=fine
2game+2bike=problem

then i did this

1game+2bike=problem
2game+1bike=fine

i did go into the test mode as mecha said and hit service, i shows the bike all the way to the right 2A i move it and stays like that forever

is there some i/o board on this or is it all on the cage pcb?
