Hey all....just looking for advice on how to wire up the 4pin remote connector to a toggle switch. I surmise that the black and white wires go to the toggle switch but what are the brown and blue for.

Thanks

You likely need a DPST switch.

Brown = unswitched hot
Blue = unswitched neutral
Black = switched hot
White = switched neutral

Brown to black on one pole of the switch
Blue to white on the other pole of the switch.

In a pinch you can just wire nut the neutrals and only switch the hot.

Isnt this built in why it has two toggle switches..?

Konami and Neo Geo cabinets particularly used the 4 pin plugs for their on/off switches. that was for the big XT form factor power supplies that were discontinued a few years ago. the 200W AT form factor ones have all the same features, just they won't fill the holes in the cabinets properly (people have come up with retrofit gimmicks for this)

as to the power supply mounted on/off switches on the front and back of the 200W power supplies, I believe it was intended for how you mount the power supply, which switch would be more accessible. heat travels up, so I discourage mounting power supplies where the fan blows down.
