I've been looking for replacement parts since I determined that some Joystick's grip assemblies I have are made by Suzo Happ! I've got like 8 joysticks I need to fix on my Virtual On CPs, 4 in particularly bad shape. These joystick grip assemblies are also used on Star Wars Trilogy and Cybersled CPs and are fairly common.

I've contacted their info email and sent a copy of that through their web site's comment mailer. It just seems redicilous that I have yet to get a response beside them asking if it was individual or business. I listed every single part number to the assemblies I need and yet it's like they haven't a clue I suppose. I mean they made it!? There is also another retailer, Amusement Distributors, I contacted them as well because they actually had the parts listed out with pictures, all except those new lookin thumb buttons on revised joystick halves. Look like this...

I can't use analog joysticks and those are too expensive to buy and just pull apart for those parts........and yet Suzo Happ does not seem to have listed those parts for it individually.

This is the classic assembly part # 95-0924-00 (as a whole)
I would like the revised though, probably better response from using your thumb

These are the parts I really need broken down piece by piece

95-1293-00 Joystick Half Right
95-1294-00 Joystick Half Left
95-1295-00 Trigger Button
95-1439-00 Boost Button
95-1298-00 Return Coil/Spring
95-1315-00 Metal Trigger Axel
95-1297-00 Trigger Return Spring
96-0110-00 Rubber Spacer
95-0259-00 Micro switch
95-0028-00 Micro switch

If there is anyone out there who knows a good place to find parts like these for Sega machines PLEASE help!

Well I finally convinced them into responding faster.....or..........like they said in their Email they were having to contact Sega to see what correct part #s were used in the Virtual On cabinets.........seriously wouldn't understand that considering Happ made the parts but whatever. I provided them with the part numbers............

They say they can have parts like that later on in the month, and they are the revised versions with the large thumb buttons. They appear to be $20 a pop and I'm unsure if they give a quantity discount on an item like that. Yikes! And I have to order a minimum of 8 if I want to replace them all........

Anyways for future reference for anyone who has cabinets like these whether it be Virtual On or Star Wars Trilogy. The official part # is 95-0275-00

It's the full assembly for the Grip section of the joystick. Triggers, Micro switches, Grip Halves, and all!
