$3500 for this POS multigame at Hammacher Schlemmer...wow.

My favorite excerpts from the description are:
  • "A crisp 19" LCD screen doesn't let a single classic visual detail escape the eye"
  • "...a decal of a coin door on the front"
This makes me feel MUCH better about the Defender I bought for $800 a few years ago.

You would be very surprised who would buy this.People buy just about anything these days

I believe the decal is not only to save money by not putting a coin mech in a machine that will prob never need one (home use) but I also heard that during litigation the courts ruled that the term coin-op (specifically meaning if you put A COIN in it) meant having to pay royalties to the team that came up with MrsPac...

That is in Canadian dollars, so that makes it $3995 US... :)

LOL, when my girlfriend's uncle heard I had a basement full of working games, his jaw dropped. He said "How can you afford that? Those things sell for like $3000 in the Skymall catalog." I said, "I don't shop at Skymall". Some people just blindly pay retail for everything.
