It looks like I will be headed to this SuperAuctions. I have a couple of side deals to try to work out. If anybody wants any of the games I have listed on Craigslist (http://houston.craigslist.org/vgm/1749370555.html) I will be renting a pickup truck and can haul a couple of them up there. I need the room on the drive home, so if you ask for it and I haul it, you bought it.

Also, if anybody from Houston wants a ride, I'll be leaving early Saturday morning.

I might be game, depends on how much space you have for the return trip? I'm not looking to buy anything but you never know. I really just want to go to look around, pick some parts up then come back home. Not really looking to stay there all day though. lol

Picking the parts up from a fellow KLOV'er that will be at the auction so that wouldn't take long.

Anyone have some 25" monitors they'd like to sell and can take to the auction? Prefer 25" K7000's, chassis not required. If it's something other than a K7000, I would need chassis and yoke.

i will most likely be there, but not really sure if I will be buying anything as I just replaced the tranmission in my SS. But then again if something catches my eye I might just have to buy. I like to go and watch the shill bidding going on between the auctioner and a couple of known sellers.

Can I give one of you dudes my phone number and you can call me if a Sega Hot Rod shows up. I will try to drop my other obligations and sell my body on the drive over to be able to bid on it. If you can do this for me, shoot me a PM.

Those Hot Rods just dont show up very often anywhere. I use to play the hell out of it back in the day. That would be the only driving game I would ever own..

I will meeting my future mother-in-law this saturday, who is flying in from Nashville,so I will have to catch the next one.I hope everyone that goes finds something they want and wins it for a good price.:D

I went this morning. It was a pretty packed event this time compared to the last time I was there. They had made an announcement that a lot of machines came from some arcade closing this time around.. also that someone from King of Kong or something was supposed to show up at some point in the day.. hard to hear so I missed exactly whom.

There were very few classics this time around.. an Asteroids, a single Ms. Pac, and a non-functional joust. Seemed to be a lot of bar type games, like golf and hunting/shooting games. The multi-cades (which seem to continue to grow uglier and uglier) were bountiful.. but sold around 600$ this time around, instead of going for a thousand or more, which I've seen in the past.

This was the first time I remember seeing things like hotdog cookers, fridges... and there was even a single bumper boat!

Anyone pick up anything? I didn't stick around much past noon.

It was awesome, full report coming. Tons of stuff for cheap!! Pins no fear, cirque voltaire, scared stiff, elvis, south park, maveric, t2.. Much much more!

Cirqus went for $2700.
South Park $1100
I'll have to check my video for other prices.
They said they had 5 semis full from two closed arcades. Lots of video games! They had them outside even!
