I was in Houston yesterday to pick up a tempest. Cost me around $100 round trip.
I need to find another option for next time.

I only make the Mesquite auction once a year or so. What has the Rowe CD jukebox situation been like the last couple of sales? Anything decent been on the floor?

They had some late model ones that went pretty high and some decent looking CD jukes, but when I noticed the guys that I know are knowlegeable about jukes not bidding and SA didn't make them play, I stayed away. Those went cheap and I saw most of them on the Dallas CL a week or so later saying they didn't work.

I'd love to get one for my wife, but I don't really want to learn how to be a juke technician just to get a cheap juke project.

I'm definitely going to be at this one.I originally had to work that day but I was able to switch days.(whew!) And R3LL1K I'd definitely be interested in some dynamo or midway cabs as well.I'd like the Dynamos for a custom game project and the midway would be nice for an MK restore.Not sure how much MK repro stuff is out there (like side art) so not sure if a good restore can be done.But then again I haven't done any searching for them either.

LOL NO not a Pac-Man!! I wouldn't dare do that. I mean something like a Killer Instinct/Mortal Kombat era Midway cab like this:

I like the control panels on these cabs. I like Dynamo cabs but their CPs are too slanted and always hurt my wrists when playing.
