I have a question regarding the following: I currently have a chase hq cabinet that I would like to use a super sprint board at some point down the road and was wondering since the chase hq wheel seems to be free spinning, would it work with Super Sprint? I think the Super's wheel is 360 degrees and the Chase is 270 but I could be wrong. Just looking for clarification.

Thanks in advance.

My answer: It cant be done. The sprint series wheel spins around and around, Chase HQ dosent. I believe also the Sprint series wheel is optical while Chase uses a pot, though I could be wrong.

Also, Super Sprint uses a med. res. monitor, Chase is standard.

My question: Why? By the time you hunt down all the parts needed to convert a perfectly good Chase HQ to a Sprint, you could buy a Sprint and have 2 nice dedicated games.

The original Chase wheel I believe is actually a 360 wheel with a rubber stopper. I have played the original wheel back in the day, but own a Chase HQ with an aftermarket happ wheel that rotates 360. I don't think this is a mod as I've seen a lot of chase hq with a 360 spinning wheel.

Theoretically, you could just remove the stopper and you should be OK. Doesn't solve the medium versus standard res issue, though.
