Looks to be complete sans the Atari steering caps. Steering wheels are not too sticky and all the encoders are there but will need some TLC as I see some wire and pin hacks. $250 cash pickup. I assume shipping would be insane but can try if someone really wants it shipped.

If someone were to ship this, you should completely disassemble the steering wheels from the CP otherwise the plastic steering shafts and/or housing are going to get broken in transit.
