The curved gradients in the horn shapes on your printout somehow got messed up. I assume that you are using the vector file that I made; in which case, I'm not sure how that happened, because it is not like that in my file. This is what a direct export from my vector file to a raster image looks like:
Notice how the dark side of the curved gradients line up perfectly with the right edges of the horns that they are contained in. In your printout, a few of those gradients are shifted to the left; along with some unknown strangeness going on at the bottom of the second horn. Also, the gradient in the upper part of the "S" is not right (it doesn't go dark at the top).
I created the vector file in AI CS3, so make sure you are using at least that version to open the file. Those problems look like the corruption that can occur when you use the wrong program or version to open a vector file.
This is inkjet, is that correct? Keep in mind that the texture of the gradients will not look the same as the original decal because the screen printed gradients of the original were done in half-tone, while an inkjet is going to make them look perfectly smooth. Also, the "grey" parts of the art are actually reflective metallic silver on the original decal, something that can be done with screen printing, but with inkjet, you just get grey.
Richard from ThisOldGame claimed he was going to do a screen printed run of these, and also has them listed as "coming soon" on his
site. I wonder what's going on with that.
