Super Pac cabaret and the infamous "monitor bulb"

Found this today at Captain Pinball's auction in Anaheim. You don't see `em very often.

Also, if you love those craigslist ads that state the "monitor needs a new bulb", I took a picture of a little light bulb that was mounted to the neck board.
