I want to order the cap kit, but I don't want to take the plastic body off until I have the kit. This is a VERY VERY dirty monitor, the cabinet has a fan in it.

The symptoms of the monitor are that the image gets blurrier the longer it is on and if I turn the screen up the screen turns blue. I think that the red gun might need zap from the rejuvenator, I have a healthkit, but I have never used one, so that will be a first...

Photos taken by sticking camera inside the back access hole, so sorry if they are not very good:

So funny that I have 4 K7000 monitors and I didn't recognize that chassis!

Totally! The hole in the back is so tiny, I didn't really look that hard. I only have 1 (besides this one) K7000 with the back knobs and not remote board.

I had a Super Hang On once and capped the monitor. It's really not that difficult getting the monitor in or out of the machine. The entire back part comes off easily and then the whole monitor is pretty much exposed.

Yes, but I have to take the front off too as the inside of the plexi is FILTHY!!!
