Suction Cup Sparking

Your hole is dirty.

Discharge tube, remove anode, clean dust and debris away from hole. Clean suction cup too.

Replace anode, move game to lower humidity location, and re-test.

The tube has moisture trapped inside the anode area now. You need to move the tube to a less humid environment with the anode hole open and let the air inside the anode area dry out.

I have a monitor that is sparking around the suction cup and all thoughout the tube, what's the problem?

You know, you're kinda describing how a tube acts with a hairline crack. Also make sure the dag is grounded (usually via the neckboard).
