4th TV in 4 days. Cash outlay -$70. Learning a shitload about tubes - Priceless.

RCA model number F19240GY
Chassis - CTC185P
RCA Xl-100 on front, new(er) black rounded plastic style casing.

Samsung tube with CR-23 neck board/pinout.

Lord, pleeeeease let the damn thing work in my Tron.

also posted to Jeff @ Junknet for his invaluable list.

Now for the fun part - Swapping the tubes.

I wouldn't be paying anything if i were you. Look for a old tv shop that fixes or sells the crt's or even recycles them. That's how i'm getting mine for free, they even pull the back off for me to check if i can use it.

Solo I got your messages - will add to the lists later today - thanks!!

I do agree on tv price - I try to keep them to $15 or less if I need a donor, but then again, sometimes in certain areas, tvs are much harder to come by. Near me...tvs still average $20+ for JUNK, whereas out in gods country about 30 min away, I can get them for $5 each.

Didja see my post on the other thread about the 19" Zenith I scored? Diff model than the one you had, too!
