When replacing flipper rubbers... does one mount the new rubbers snugly to the bottom "lip" of the flipper or does one mount the new rubbers "level" with the top of the flipper?

I installed them snug to the lip toward the bottom of the flipper and I am noticing a whole lot more "spin" on the ball than before... but that could be due to the wax on the playfield I assume...

I'm actually thrilled you asked this question. I was just putting flipper rubbers on my Team One and wasn't sure of the proper placement :)
