I'm wondering if the 'industry standard' coin mechs will work on an Atari Breakout? New to this stuff. Wondering if something like this would work?

Attaching pics of said coin door. The pics of the complete door were provided by a kind member of this site.

Its got the standard coin mechs in there already. In fact, the ones in the picture are probably a million times better than the ones you wanted to buy. I had a "coin mech" brand mech that had been laying in the dirt for a couple years. After cleaning it off, it worked just fine. Whereas one of the other plastic mechs I took out of my HUO Centipede didnt work for shit.

Well the ones in the picture are from someone elses machine. I have none in my cab. I was just trying to find some to put in. I need some in there, but don't know what to get.

yeah, standard coin mechs, just make sure they are the screw-in type not the clip in type.

You can grind down the nubs and make a hole, but its just easier to get the screw-in ones.
