Stunt Cycle - Hum bar and screen fades to gray - not a monitor problem

Got the following from another thread about a Stunt Cycle.

The hum bar I had on mine was due to the filter board. Do you still have yours connected? I removed that and it cleared up. Like Braido said the bike should flip backwards if you give it to much gas or overshoot the ramp be more than a 1/2" or so.

I had a hum bar problem with my Stunt Cycle machine and was working on things today. I remembered this thread and removed the filter board.

Not only did it fix the hum bar problem, but I was also having problems with the screen eventually fading to a complete gray and the images on the screen would only be ghost-like outlines.

Sometimes the picture would come back, eventually. The problem only happened after the machine ran for a while.

Anyhow, removing the filter board took care of that problem too. So if you think you've got board or monitor problems you may want to pull the filter board first and retest it.
