Morning everyone.

I have a Stun Runner that was playing great until I decided to cap the K7000 monitor. I broke a few traces on the chassis when I capped it so I sent it to Chris25810 to get fixed. Got it back and put it in and all I get is a white screen. Put the monitor in a different game and it works fine. I was told I am not getting a video feed. The game coins up and you can hear it playing. I have the manual and schematics but don't know where to start. I reflowed solder on the header pins for the wires going to the monitor and nothing. The wiring to the monitor comes from a seperate "audio" pcb it seems. Any help?

Could it be the power supply??

Bump.

Could a faulty power supply cause the video not to show?

Having problems testing it, think my DMM is toast after 20 years...damn!

Any help? No love for Stun Runner?

Is the monitor plug plugged in the game PCB? I forgot to plug mine in and it was either black or white screen (don't remember, actually happened to me Friday with me trying to fix my control problem I have). Double checking my cables, I forgot to plug the monitor back into the game PCB. With the daughter board at the bottom, it was at the top close to the door at J10. I had a bad power supply (putting out 3.5V or so) and was resetting and speaker hum.

Thanks for the reply. I checked all the connections again and even disconnected and reconnected them all to make sure they sere seated properly...nothing. My next step is to replace the power supply and see if I can get a change. I have the schematics but I haven't been able to trace the video feed from the pcb yet.
