I have a Electrohome G07-CBO board in my recently purchased Robocop machine. After recapping the board with a Happ cap kit and replaceing a video output transistor to fix the reds, I noticed the picture was over about two inches from the left (it was like this before the cap kit). I tried fixing this with the jumpers, but nothing moved. Then I tried adjusting the picture with the horizontal width coil and still nothing changes.

So I checked the voltage and it's at 120, replaced the flyback, the HOT, and the horizontal width coil. and the problem still lingers. It will adjust vertically, the picture looks great and is sharp. It is just 2 inches from the left, it's not cropping the game at all. I just wish I could stretch it out horizontally and then move it over to the left to fill the screen.

and if I play with the Horz. Frq control it will make the screen freak out, but while it's scrambled it will fill the entire screen (including the 2inch area on the left that I wish I could fill. but when I get the picture back to normal it's still stuck two inches from the left. and the jumpers and H-width coil still have no response.

I just need help in trying to figure out what else to check or test.

thank you,
Alex

Make sure you have your syncs hooked up correctly. My Pole Position had the same issue until I corrected the position of my sync. Then BOOM! Beautiful.

Annnnnnd a half hijack... but the sync wires for you PP, you have a picture of that? I just got a G07 up and running for my PP and I'm tired of messing with the sync wires... I've got nailed by the VR about 4 times, and I'm pretty much tired of that shit.
