Holy crap! That thing is screaming for some Novus and a nice wax! I just went through that with one of these. Do your self a huge favor, wax that thing now before you put all the crap back on it, you will be so glad you did. I see you could use a nice cliffy protector for the neutral zone as well. The one for the shooter is nice too.
Good luck!
Nevus, Nevus, Nevus...please, just a little bit of credit here, buddy!

Those were obviously
pre-teardown pics. I used them because they were the only ones I had with the weird homebrew ball blocker thingy in it.
Now, to redeem myself a little bit, a pic of it as it is now, in the middle of rebuilding it:
I think I did 2 or 3 rubdowns of Novus with the drill and pad, and then I used Kit car wax.
Please note that the Neutral Zone Cliffy is installed.

I'll throw some pics up of the catapult Cliffy installed later, but I will say it does look mighty sharp!
I think I'm just going to replace that upper flipper bat, unless anyone has any tips for getting old rubber gunk off of them....
Been busy with other stuff, but hopefully I'll get it done in the next few days here.
There are some really good pics of a STTNG PF teardown here..
http://www.robertwinter.com/pinball/restorations/sttng/teardown/index.html
I used them when I had to put mine back together and realized that out of the 200+ pics I took, I somehow missed a couple of key spots!
I'd look at mine for ya, but mine is not mine anymore!
cheers

Thanks a bunch, Tim! Yeah, ran into the same problem. It's like you have to take a billion photos from every conceivable angle, and at each stage of the tear down to get it all. I also did a search on RGP for some STTNG teardown pics. The key is finding the right verbage. I think I searched for STTNG "disassembly" or "re-assembly." It did produce some hits, but after the first two pages of following dead links, I gave up.
