Just getting ahead of this


I sent the CPS2 board and it was received by the DEMANDED time by the buyer who opened a claim before I could even respond to the message.

The only Message I received upon initial inquiry originally was


Will you take $80 shipped? 100% working? Thanks.


My reply

I can do $85 shipped insured

Item was paid for money transferred a non receipt case was opened within the week (4 hours after messaging about shipping info) and then item was shipped and Received and then I let them know to close the case. I received a response saying that the Mounting feet were broken. I did not include any mounting feet nor were these ever asked about. I used this board for many years with no issues never having mounted in my cabinet. I told them they are welcome to return the item but I will not pay return shipping.

That is where it stands as PAYPAL has closed the case as the item was received.


I also responded to all messages having never ignored anyone. I am not always logged in and cannot respond suddenly. I get to it when I can and have had no issues with anyone except this buyer.


He sent me a threat demanding refund or he will expose me in all my sale threads.


"Are you serious? You did not disclose the physical damage! I need to mount this thing. I want a refund, or I'm going to expose this on all your sale threads."


I offered a refund if they chose to return the item.

1) I ask if it's 100% working. I think at this point it's reasonable to tell me about the physical damage. Am I wrong?

2) Takes nearly 2 weeks to ship. Stops replying to my emails about tracking number. I file a "not received" PayPal claim. MIRACULOUSLY it is shipped the same day.

3) Received a busted-ass A-Board with 2 of the mounting brackets broken.

4) Since I've already filed a claim, PayPal makes it a low priority appeal case for "Item not as described".

Paying for the item on the 30th and receiving on the 12th is not taking 2 weeks to ship. I even paid the difference on your shipping upgrade and insurance. Your item was received in 7 business days.
 
More evidence from another member about Vehicon!

I did ship the game to to the wrong address. They were kind enough to return the game so I could get it to the right address. Mistakes happen. I have responded to your case. I have sold a ton of stuff on this board. No issues as a buyer or seller. Not getting a game quickly is not an issue. Its a personal opinion.

I am done with this and will let Paypal mediate it. Thank you.

I received $83 after fees shipped for CPS2 Motherboard

$18 to ship Buyer demanded $45 refund. So I guess a CPS2 motherboard in working condition is worth $20.
 
Damage pcb

I feel your pain. My 720 is on board for delivery this week. However they mixed up the shipping price its now almost double and it looks like it has been damaged somewhat in the shipping process.
