I was FINALLY able to get in to mess with the Street Fighter II cab I got in the bulk deal a couple weeks back. It's a nice Dynamo cab... and was described as non-working.

I plugged it in and sure enough... got nothing. I then remembered the power switch on the side of these cabs. I pushed it...

There are a couple non-responsive buttons, but that's about it.

Monitor looks nice enough not to bother capping even.

great find man. One of the must haves in my opinion. Screen color may need adjusting OR you may need to enter the 21st century in cameras.

The crappy fighting game is ALIVE! Nice fix there Frizzy. Dude, you should make that a 48-n-1...you can easily rotate that monitor since its a Dynamo cab, and you'll make more $$ than trying to sell an SFII.

There are a surprising number of collectors now who want SFII and other fighting games instead of the "classics"...I am sure you could sell it, especially with that nice monitor.

Actually, believe it or not, this is a keeper. I need a horizontal JAMMA cab... I already have a vertical JAMMA rig, so this works out fine. The monitor seems HUGE... perhaps it's the smaller CP but it seems bigger than my MAME's 25"...I guess it COULD be a 27"? I guess I will have to measure.

Street Fighter is always a keeper and if you update it to a SFII Champion Edition it will make for a very fast sale should you ever decide to get rid of it. Nice SFII CE cabs can still go for a good price.

I am considering adding a small auto AMP and making it a CPS-II compatible cab as well. I sort of miss the CPS II cab I had.
