I'm in the 100% DON'T DO IT camp.
When you're at the point where you're considering spending something like $200 a month just to store excess games... you need to really think about what you're doing. Especially if the games you're storing are only worth a few hundred each...
You know what I did? I found a new home with an extra bedroom, spare room off the garage and a two car private garage for $200 more a month rent. So I just moved. Now I have lots of space for games, and I'm in a better location.
Literally for the price of most people's storage unit I just rented a bigger house and got a whole lot of extra storage space included.
