Usually people complain if they "can't get a deal" because either they want to resell the machine/parts/whatever and hate it that someone else gets it. Makes no sense. This whole SECTION is here for a reason.

Keep this thread and keep posting items. Personally I have never purchased anything that was posted on this thread, but I am always looking and it helps me identify what a fair price is. One or two whiners shouldn't ruin it for everyone.

There are apps for Android and iPhones that search CL every 5 minutes and notify you if it hits on the keyword. Works very well...some of the sellers are shocked at how quickly I contacted them after they just posted their ad. The one for Android is Craigsnotifica and is free...

Very cool, thanks for the info. I tried it out and it looks like it's a pretty sweet program. Only thing I dont like is that you have limited Push notifications and you have to purchase more - though they are pretty cheap for packs.
Craigslist is dead anyways.

I do. It seems like a spaz move, if the notifier is far enough away he'd never have bought it anyways.
