First game
I was reminded of my first game at the Seattle show yesterday. Wish I still had it!
One of the local guys (forget his name) brought out a nice assortment of old Atari games from the 70's. I just about crapped myself when I saw Tank sitting there!! That was my first game almost 30 years ago. When you're an only child, it's not much fun to play by yourself but was a hoot when a friend came over. My mom hated it (big and ugly, made too much noise, etc...) and GAVE IT AWAY when I was gone for a few weeks in the summer!
The guy who brought that also had an Atari Football which I had never really played before. I couldn't believe how much fun that game is....and now I must find one!
My second ever game was Star Castle when I was in high school....still wish I had that one too!
So, to the cool guy at the Seattle pinball show wearing the Kee Games tshirt- Thank you for bringing your games out and the good memories that came along with. And curse you for getting me hooked on Atari Football!
And to everyone else- If you or someone you know has a halfway decent Atari Football in the Seattle-ish area....please let me know.
Thanks,
Chris
