Hey all,

Just got my Black Knight working and it looks like I have a raised ramp end on the upper play field that stops the ball from returning to lower play field quite a bit.

Tried to screw down tighter but no luck. Any thoughts?

Which ramp is it? Right, left or center?

I'm assuming the center one most likely. Both ends of that ramp should sit into shallow recesses milled into the wood, and should be flush with the surface of the playfield. It's possible that it's sitting outside that notch, and that would put it about 1/16" higher than the wood.

Hhaase is correct. If the screw holes are stripped, you may need to take the screws out, fill the holes in with some sawdust and glue, let it dry and then rescrew it in. Gorilla glue works as well.
