Is there a way for me to take this off without hurting it at all? Like not tearing it or getting creases in it?? I need to take it off and put it on a fresh powder coated steering wheel!!

any ideas??

Carefully using a hair dryer would probably give you the highest chance of success, but it still runs the risk of getting damaged. Is it CPO material or paper?

Since this is a small piece how about remove the metal piece the sticker is stuck to from the yoke assembly. Then use a heat gun from the back side, not the sticker side to heat the metal. When the metal is hot enough the sticker should come off pretty easily with a metal scraper. Don't force it with the scraper as that may cause damage. If it gets a bit tough at all reheat the metal. The metal should be hot enough where you would not want to grab it with a bare hand for this to work well.

I also say use a blow dryer.

If you just try to pry it off, it will bend and crease. Using heat will allow you to slide something under it since it will be soft and then you can lift it off.
