The right arrow actually shows the first wire ended switch actually wore down the corner of the metal. The wire actually hangs up or goes past the frame (when ball launcher fires) and the ball launcher continues to fire.

When I purchased this machine, the wire on the switch was gone and I installed this switch. Factory Stern Replacement Switch.

Since it hangs up, I need to detach and solder it back 1/4 inch and perhaps bend it. My question is, how is the wire originally attached to the flat switch part and can I heat it apart or cut it and re-solder it? Would I need to use a different solder composition for it to hold up? This looks like it would may be a simple bend but it is NOT at all simple. Everything must align perfectly. The stupid thing is the ball launcher hits the wire switch on launch and throws the wire over the metal frame. Any suggestions or recommendations are welcome.
