Stern Scramble w/Switcher

Well now shit... I just checked the only switcher I have on hand and it's reading:

+5: 5.08 (good)
-5: -2.8 (not good, huh?)
+12: 7.8 (not good, huh?)

Am I correct in assuming this switcher is garbage?

If so, I am sorta screwed until next week when I get a couple in the mail.

Success!

Welp.... I learned something new today....


While the +5 read accurately out of circuit, the -5 and +12 did not on the switcher. Once I hooked everything up to give it a try... SUCCESS! I re-check shows -4.89v and +12.05v now...

And the game is up and running! The monitor leaves a bit to be desired, but isn't terrible. I'll be re-capping monitors for months... but it works!

Sound works...

Coined up and played.
