my berzerk came without a coin box / bucket and since i want this game to be complete, i was wondering which box was used originally on that game? i've seen two "hacked" coin bucket areas on other berzerk games where pieces of wood have been removed to squeeze in a coin box, but this was definitely not original.

have a look at the attached picture, this is how my berzerk and the area where the coin box is supposed to go looks like. the width is 27 centimeters (a little more than 10 1/2 inches) and the depth is around 26 centimeters (about 10 1/4 inches) OR only 21.5 centimeters (around 8 1/2 inches) if you measure from the back to where those two blocks of wood are at the front).

so, i'd be curious to find out which boxes are installed in your berzerks (pics or you don't have one ;)) and if someone has a box for sale that would fix my berzerk (preferably with a lid). can't wait to see what you guys have ...

If some one posts a pic I might be able to help you out, I have a metal coin box I pulled from a Section Z that was a conveter Bezerk

it could also work WITHOUT pics if you could check the measures of your coin box. as i've said above, obviously there are different versions of coin boxes out there for berzerk!

just to give you an idea, have a look at the berzerk coin box of an arcade friend of mine - never seen anything like that!

I have to see if I have a lid for my own first. I just realized when I opened my machine the box didn't have a lid. Now I have to dig through all the parts to see if I can it or them.

see, sometimes it's a good thing to take pictures for other guys ;). lid or no lid, whenever you find it i'd be interested in purchasing this from you (if the price is right of course), unless someone else chimes in with a PERFECT coin box of the same model :).

good luck in finding it!!!

Vintage Arcade Superstore had a bunch last time I checked and they were actually cheap.

call the guy and ask.

I was wondering what the coin bucket would look like in this cab. Mine is missing as it's such a shallow area between the coin mechs and the wood the bucket sits on.
