Ok. So I need to burn some EPROMs for my super bagman pcb. I download the ROM file and then went to:

http://www.solvalou.com/subpage/arcade_roms/S/sbagmans

solvalou has a fantastic listing of all the ROMs and info.

I can load the MAME ROM into the software and prepare to burn the data to the EPROM... then I am confused?

The info for the EPROM I wish to burn is:

16.8k
8x3.5kbits
0xf000 ->

Meaning the chip is chip#16 at position 8-k.

What is the offset? Is it the file offset or the device offest listed as: 0xf000
...and then how is the offset enteredas far as the format? 0xf000 doesn't seem to work.

Let me know please, thanks!

You shouldn't need to offset anything if you're using the same sized eeproms that came with the board. Just take the .bin file, load it, then burn it. Make sure your EEPROMS are erased first though.

don't forget to do the verify blank too. I like to use mine with an external power supply and slow down the burn speed one level. Try to get the chip part # as close as possible to what you have.
