Step by Step Way to Test a Ms. Pac-man Power Supply?

Dokert has a good way of running you thru all the test points on some power supplies. Like he ran me thru the atari power brick for my pole position step by step which totally rocked!

I was wondering if a step by step was already posted somewhere for Ms. Pac-man power brick?

TIA

Pac-Man and Ms Pac-Man are unique because the power supply is AC output. They used a multi-tapped transformer to provide two different AC voltages to the game board, 7 and 14 volts AC. On the game board, there are two separate power supplies. The first turns the 7 VAC into well-regulated 5 volts DC for the logic circuits. The second is a half-wave rectifier which changes the 14 VAC into unregulated 12 volts DC for the audio amplifier.
Pin 3 7 volt AC Orange
Pin 4 7 volt AC Green
Pin 19 12 volt AC B-W
Pin 20 12 volt AC B-Yellow

Unless of course someone replaced it with a switcher.
