i was tempted to buy 10x of the jrok multi-williams for $250/ea, until:

Limit one pcb per customer, per order.

So each time you buy one and flip it for $300~500. you can be rich soon! RICH! GLORIOUS MONIES!

oh wait... @jrok is the true millionaire in this scenario!

Speaking if that has he made any further announcements? Is what we see here then final legacy of jrok?

I still need the mylstar one, we need to fast forward 5 years where I'll have money again

Silly question, but how often does ArcadeShop have these in stock? (obviously they sell quick!) Still brand new to everything. Thanks @Hog_Wild_In_MI for posting! Now I know these exist so I have something to target.

A couple of times a year or so?

In regard to the multi Williams and Mylstar pcb's... seems like Arcadeshop gets some in, and sells them out in a day or so. They get more stock in a month or two and sells out again in 48 hours (lather, rinse, repeat)

People are frequently looking for these boards when Arcadeshop is out of stock so when some came in, I gave notice to everyone so they could snag one before it sold out again.

I don't speak for Arcadeshop or JROK. I am just a casual observer.

I had thought that the trickle of availability of these PCB's was due to component/supply chain issues but as I said, I am just a casual observer.

First I heard of this. I wasn't aware that future supply was in question. Anybody care to chime in on this?

My thoughts on these boards may be controversial because we ARE on a preservation forum.

But IMO, these pcb's are frikken awesome.

My robotron was down and having one of the multi Williams boards on hand (with the game to jamma adapter) allowed me to keep the game available to play while I waited on parts to fix the original boards.

What's more is that these pcb's have multiple games.

I have limited space for my games so I will never have enough room to put in all the games I want. It is nice to be able to plug into one of these boards and expand the games I can play without needing to find space to park another cab.

I have read mixed reactions to some of the 19 in 1 and other multi games available. (Sounds are incorrect game play is off).

I think the JROK's are spot on regarding sounds/game play. I have no regrets for owning these!

My question was more related to further r&d as it were than supply. I hope that doesnt face any future supply hurdles

They go quickly.
Good thing I have two already!
If I somehow wind up with time and space I may need a third for a dedicated Robotron 2084 cabinet though-

What a slippery slope this all has become.
