Yeah someone posted that in the eBay/CL forum a few days ago. It would need a lot of work, but for the asking price, you could very possibly get a lot of that back from selling the Dragon Breed pcb....dead serious. I sold a Dragon Breed PCB on eBay and it sold for $270 to someone in France. I would assume the board is somewhat rare and/or desirable to the right buyer. I probably got a little lucky, but I don't think you'd have trouble selling the board for at least $100. I think jammaboards.com has it listed for $150 and last I knew they were out of stock. If you bought this cab I would throw the board on eBay and be willing to ship worldwide and who knows. I mean if it were me, I would do it because I feel I could get the 200 back in selling the monitor and board alone. It would cost a lot to put back together, but you could even consider making a tasteful mame cabinet that only players the 3 Star Wars games (maybe even Star Wars Trilogy Arcade by Sega if the emulation improves). On the other hand, it's not always about the money when saving a game either.
You could restore it to original as possible and use it for some other classic games, and then add the parts as you find good deals (relatively?) over time. Could take several years but if you were in it for the long haul it could be good.
The cab might be worth saving to transplant guts from another in worse shape cab. I personally feel they're too steep on price for the cab. These things are way too expensive to build from ground zero. The cost of a working monitor and PCB set alone can cover the costs of buying a fully working one. Diffidently no deal to be had here.
