I have a very nice, but not HUO shape stargate pinball for sale. 100% working includes all documentation and a new rubbers kit. Cabinet is just about perfect. Playfield is very nice with 2 tiny spots that may need retouched. Still has original mylar in very good shape. Would entertain trade ideas, but I would like to get $1600 out of it. Needs the $30 rope light replaced. Backglass is perfect

Pics will be posted later today or tomorrow

Man, I was looking for one of these forever. Now one pops up within driving distance after I picked up a TOTAN. Oh well, great pin, wish I could buy it.

you mean it went to mikeatunion in bluegrass?

i know that pin. it sat in mike's garage a long time.
glad to know someone put some work into it.

It actually went to a guy named Dennis in bluegrass. It needed a little bit of tweaking here and there, but for the most part it just needed all the filth and dust cleaned off of it. Has been a fun pin for me too have, but now its time to pass it on to someone else:)

mike tried to get me to buy that a long time. but i wasn't ready for that to be a first pin.

you think that was dirty, you should see the piles of damages cabs he has in several different run down storage locations. there are pinballs in various states of disrepair that are just laying exposed in a barn. it's crazy amount of project and part material.

oh I've seen most of his stuff. dude just doesn't have enough time to get to it all. If I remember his story correctly he got a couple semi loads of games when he first started. Awesome guy always gives me tons of free stuff when I go to visit him. The one thing I've yet to weasel away from him is his Ice Cold Beer.

You guys have to be talking about someone else. I don't have a barn...I have a 3 car garage, but it is far from what your describing.

I have never owned one of those pins.

LOL, we're talking about Mike Jones down in Monmouth IL, buddy. I swear there are about 5 different mikes in the ia/il area.

yes. mike jones.

getting back to your Stargate pin. it was the nicest thing he had and your price is good. Mike wanted 1800 out of it in condition of needing repair. He wanted me to pay 1500. It was the nicest thing he owns. So with all the paperwork and cleaned up, your price sounds great and it's definitely fun.

on the subject of mike's stuff. that semi stuff he bought was water damaged projects from near ocean (my joust was full of white sand and had a miami license on it). pretty rough and incomplete condition projects, all of it. he says he wants to get rid of it ALL but he is still wanting more than premium prices so i wasn't interested in any of it on last visit.

This is his current pin selection. star trek is worn out, dolly is missing boards, the williams game is in sad disrepair.....

Here are a couple pics for those interested.....

The last time I was there he still had that em shooting game, but the pins that you have pictured weren't there.......hmmm may have to give him a shout and save a couple pins that are out in that airport hanger.

star trek is new. dolly and solar have always been there since i've ever visited. he calls them his favorites. very neglected.

the hangar tin building is something else. the pin parts are scattered around.
the wide body something or other just kind of fell apart when moved it to look at a water damaged jungle king. everything is just kind of melting into dirt in that building. :(
this humored me in that odd kinda way....I had gone out to look at some possible robotron boards. found the joust and robotron boards piled haphazardly in a box sitting in the dirt. when they got taken out they were just tossed and bounced on table. the electronics degree in me cringed. i passed on them. said he'd get great prices on ebay.....
