[Assuming no issue here] Next, as has been suggested, board swap to isolate the problem to the MPU or ROM board. What comes next depends on what you have found in these steps. Saltbreez

Also, pull the connector at 1J3 on the CPU board and test voltages there to see if there is any drop from the connector to the RAMs. If the voltages are low (especially the +5v) I would reflow the solder on the header pins 4J1, 4J2 and 4J3 (power supply board) and 1J3 (CPU board). - Mike Last edited: Jul 5, 2009
