I'm looking at buying a STAR WARS UPRIGHT with a 22" LCD monitor. What do you guys think is a fair price? The game is nice shape.

that sounds like a really nice upgrade!

It's probably worth as much as the star wars chair now.
Does it also come with MAME?
Has it been upgraded with extra Street Fighter Controls in the CP?
I'd be looking for one with some ground effect lighting on the sides and some Star Wars action figures glued to the top of it?
There must be a gift certificate to RAM Controls for a Yoke rebuild kit also?
Hopefully also they sawed it in half so that I could play it seated like a cockpit model.
If it's got a LCD TV maybe they put in the Gamecube so that you can run the emulation version of Star Wars.

seriously now... I don't know why there is an LCD monitor in a Star Wars unless you are talking about Star Wars Trilogy but then are they stretching it out to 16:9?

22" LCD renders a Star Wars useless. And without a proper monitor in there to see what you're doing, there could be board issues and yoke problems. So, maybe $200 if the cabinet is nice?

You can't currently use a vector VGA converter with Star Wars. Tempest, Black Widow, Gravitar, etc. - yes.

Asteroids and Star Wars - No.

I think that since the OP bis a NOOB that question really should start with:

Atari Star Wars?
Sega Star Wars Arcade?
or
Sega Star Wars Trilogy?

I paid more than that for just a crap cabinet that didn't have boards or a monitor. :D
