I am about to drive 5 hours to pickup a Star Wars upright project. Can someone tell me the 3 main dimensions(height, width, and depth) of the overall cabinet? I am planning on picking it up with a Ford Explorer and not sure it will fit. I hope to lay it on its side in the back. Thanks.

25.5" wide x 33" deep x 73.5" high. The Explorer should be big enough. Bring help - it's a heavy, awkward machine.

Make sure the PCBs, ARII, monitor, coin vault and power brick are all secured properly before you put it on it's side or back. I had a Tempest I transported once that had the power brick just sitting in the bottom, and it tossed around quite a bit while moving it, but thankfully everything survived. I also moved a Millipede where the coin vault was not attached properly, came off, and did the same thing. Got lucky with no damage on that one, too.

Good luck.

Remember, the dimensions of many arcade games can be found in their flyer .... especially those made by Atari.

WEIGHT: 321lbs

Oh, and those who own pickup trucks rarely need to ask ... LOL :)

BTW, before I started owning pickup trucks, I had an old 2 door Ford Explorer. I was able to fit a Stern THE END, which is a big upright, into that SUV. So, you should have no issue with a 4 door. Just make sure everything is screwed in tight.

If laying on its side -> protect the artwork.
If laying on its back -> it has two caster wheels which will want to pull the cab away from the vehicle when tipped. So be careful.

Remember to take pics and share. :)

Thanks everyone for the help, I believe it is gutted for the most part but I will make sure everything is indeed secure. I am picking it up in Kentucky on the way back from Florida so 2 suitcases will be back there too. No existing side art unless it is under the black paint. Looking forward to restoring it. Believe it or not someone converted it to an 18 wheeler game! They cut in a gas pedal and everything.

They are great cabs. I look forward to photos as you rebuild it.

Will do. Got the cab for $500 with bezel plexi and marquee. I have a spare 6100 that needs rebuilt so just need a pcb set and maybe power supply and harness.

That was a good deal! I have an ARII and I believe a boardset when you are ready. Just let me know.
