Just got my boards back from Ken @ irepairsega.com and now my display video problems have been resolved but I noticed the flight stick seems backwards.

Obviously the normal flight sticks down is up and up is down but the left and right are flipped as well. Anybody confirm this is abnormal?

In the service menu you can switch orientation to upbis up and down is down but the left and right still swapped.

Could this just be the flight stick wiring is reversed? Game seems way to hard to play with left and right switched, can't be right.

Also anyone with this game know where the vert hold pots are? Loked everywhere and can't find em. The game rolls vertically for the first 5 mins till it's warm and then locks in from a cold start.

you had another thread about this same topic. I don't know where it is, I don't have time to look for it. people responded to it though. I don't know what monitor you have.

there's a setting for if you want it to be like normal joystick up and down or flight stick down and up. your issue sounds like the whole joystick base is rotated 180 degrees if you didn't change any of the wiring to the pots. I can't really help more because the Star Wars Trilogy at work is some hacked together game with random parts, I don't know what's original or was changed.

for future reference, since it's been happening more lately, don't make multiple threads about the same topic because it makes tracking the solutions more difficult.

This was the first I have posted about the flight stick. And I think you are correct it is 180 mounted wrong . When the switch the setting to normal or flight left and right don't change.

This was the other thread and it wasn't about the display it was about the video signal.
I sent to Ken @ irepairsega and he fixed that.
Sorry if that's confusing I thought they were two seperate issues. Video signal is fixed .
Display issue was something different.
