I was playing it and the sound cut out all of a sudden.
Now, this happened last summer and I send the boards out to Eldorado to check. They said they worked fine.
So, I got them back and put them together and plugged them in and they worked fine.
They have worked fine since playing the other day during a game with sound, the sound just crapped out.
I do hear a humming from the speakers though.
Any thoughts??

What does big blue imply?
He's referring to the big blue capacitor in the bottom of your cabinet.
If you are using the EMI filter board remove it - they are more problems than they are worth.
Clean the edge connector and the connector board edges. Inspect for any burning on the fingers. If there's burning it's usually caused by a poor ground. Typically a poor connection from the harness to the PCB.
Check your +5 voltage from the ARII board to the PCB boardset. Use the pot on the ARII board to increase or decrease as necessary.
