Didn't see that this had been posted so...

I don't make a habit of posting these 'finds' but this one I just had to post. :)

The 17" monitor is a nice touch. :D

I do like the design over all. The SW theme just cracks me up.

I like how the monitor is not even centered if only left to right... but off in one corner?

as for the overall design, I think it looks pretty clean. I'm not a fan of the color scheme... you could easily lose it on Tatooine.

When I saw the title, I expected an actual Star Wars arcade game turned MAME...

The text on the control panel looks horrible. I think it's a crappy ripoff font available free on the internet. He'd have been better off copying the text out of a scan of a DVD cover or something.

As did I. Thank the Maker we were wrong.

looks like a midway MK2 cab with new arts and a gay little crt. I've seen much worse for that price.

So Paul when are you going to add this beauty to your collection?

I don't know :). I don't have an actual multi-MAME cabinet in the collection yet. I do like the overall cabinet design, though.

I was also concerned at the CL title so had to click to see if it was. I have a MAMEd Star Wars. I posted pics a while back. Found at the curb in my neighborhood. The only outside indication it was MAMEd is the little touch pad below the yoke controller. The machine was gutted years ago (I was told they threw out the board set because it was too heavy. Tube as well after it 'broke'). I plan to add an LCD and PC to it and have a dedicated SW MAME machine. I have a friend that did this to an SW machine it it looks great.

OOOO, I bet that little kicker plays Star wars Pod Racer quite nicely. :luigi:
