Thanks for making the video, I have wanted to see one of these for a long time. It looks creaky and like its very dangerous, if I saw one in an arcade I would have to try it though because it does look like fun. Thankfully I don't have motion sickness...

The ride's not as rough as it seems. The simulator was up on a pair of furniture dollies during that clip just for the extra "sling action". The runs from which that clip was taken were to check harness clearance before remounting the sheet metal skirts...

This is an XPS file for the control interface schematic.

The "old guy" is my best test pilot - he can break anything (I was watching for harness clearance).

As I said, this is a teaser video. A full write-up, with photos and the works, is being put together and will be published in a few days. It'd be best to see which questions aren't answered by it...
