Thought it might be some pot issue. I took a look and found this on the deflection board. See r24 and r25 Is this after market? After spinning it back and forth a few times, the problem seems to have gone away.

Is it a standard 3 leg pot? I'm not able to check right away... Do these from Bob look right / appropriate? I know it's not for the same resistor jumps...
