Game plays and all sounds are working, but I have some graphic issues going on on each of the screens. No errors detected in self test mode.

Here is what it looks like:

Any thoughts?

6100 or amplifone?

Are you talking about the red and green flickering out? Your tube might need a rejuv.

Also check the wires to the neckboard. Sometimes they are barely hanging one and can cause issues like this....

It's a 6100 but the monitor is fine (looks better in person than on the cheap video camera I used). I have another board set that works fine so this one definitely has a board issue.

On the first screen, you can see the extra lines on the tie fighters and they are jumpy and not smooth. On the trench scene, the flight path is not smooth. It jumps from section to section instead of a smooth flight.

Heh, that's kinda cool looking, kinda like things are warping across the screen :p . But yeah, definitely board related... the first thing I'd do since you say you've got another board is to swap the AVG chip. I've seen lots of weird stuff happen w/ a bad AVG, so I'd swap that before doing anything else (it's socketed, so it's easy to swap).

I swapped the AVG chip, but no change. Still have the graphics issues on screen.

I'd swap the entire Analog Vector Generator board and just verify that's the problem (I'm pretty sure it will be)... that'll help narrow down where the problem is. After that though, I'm not really sure where the problem would be (I'm not too familiar with the Star Wars board theory of operation).

Crank up the +5 to 5.10 measured on the PCB. The tie fighters in mine act up with the +5 dropped to just +5 on the PCB.
