My Star Wars flight controller has recently been rebuilt. when I center the controller the target on screen is off center and tends to be on the left. I did a search and found if I move the controller in all 4 corners of the screen on the level select stage, it will center itself. I tried that it didnt work. Any other suggestions?

There are four potentiometers up, down, left and right. Before you adjust pots you should measure and mark center of the screen with tape. During game play you should adjust one to get the desired location on the screen while you are not touching the controller. If you try the pot that controls left turn and it doesn't bring it back to center return the left pot to the center of lock to lock and try the right. Do the same for up and down.

If this does not correct the problem you have a logic problem or the wrong resistance value of pot.

Position of the potentiometers maybe off,, I think you can undo the locking nut and turn the controller until suitable..then tighten locking nut..use a hex key
