Star Wars Cockpit owners with 25" amplifone, need a measurement...

Need assistance with the following measurement:

On the 25" amplifone monitor bracket, I need the following 2 measurements:

1) distance between the center of the side mounting holes to the bend that has the monitor mounting bolts
2) "depth" of the bracket.

See attached picture for the measurements I need.

Thanks!

Mine measured 3 1/4" & 4" from the inside of the bend. Looks to be the same for the top & bottom holes too. The bracket looked to be made out of 1/16" steel. Here is a pic from when I was doing the restoration.

I am also restoring a Star Wars cockpit and need a set of these brackets. Mark H said he can make some. I am waiting to hear back from him. Maybe you should send him a pm and he can make two sets....

I've now seen three different sets of these... the first two sets show the studs facing towards the front like the illustration, and Kip's showing them facing the back of the cabinet. Not sure what the difference is. I guess I could always make them both ways and leave the drilling of the holes to you guys....

IMO, the studs should face towards the back. Having taken my 25" tube in and out several times, I am not sure how easy it would be to install the tube if the stud faced the opposite direction. The tube goes in from the back and made it a easy one person job to slide it onto the rear facing studs and thread some nuts from the backside.

Having the threaded studs to the back, unlike my drawing is what i think is correct. It is very hard getting the monitor in with the threads on the front like my picture. You need to lift the monitor over the top of the cabinet and maneuver the screen between the gap between the top back door blocking pieces and the vented "roof".

Mark- let me know if you can make a set for me with the updated "depth" measurements and the studs on the other side like the picture attached to this post as opposed to the earlier pic. The previous set you made were perfect (distance between three side mounging holes, measured location of threads) except for bracket distance from side mounting hole to bend and side of brackets with the threads (which I could work around, but was pretty difficult to manage).

thanks
