This last weekend I got another Star Wars (It came with an ESB kit) and the boardset does not work. Going to try power issues this evening, but I observed all the LED's (at least 4 on the main CPU board, the one on the sound PCB, and the one in the bottom corner of the AVG board) game does not play blind, nothing at all.

Now, I just rebuilt the brick in my other one so I expected this to be a power supply issue, but here is the interesting part- The game works fine with my other cardset. No issues. So, do you have any ideas on where to look on the boardset?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Also, is there a place to find out what each LED means? I have the manuals, but there is nothing in there.

Also, if nescessary....

Does anyone work on boards (I am sure there are) to fix this set if needed.

It has a Mark Spaeth kit on it.

Thanks.

Most common problem is people mauling the sockets when installing the kit...
The single wipes Atari used weren't insulated on the bottom, so if any of the pins get crushed, they can short out traces underneath.

Replace the 3 sockets that the kit plugs into on the CPU board for starters...
