Star Wars Bad Power?

OK, started a new thread bc its looking like power is likely the issue here. (background http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=148849&page=2). Thanks to JimJayCee for his great video outlining the power brick outputs.

Anyway, here is what I got when testing the brick:

Pins 1-3: 13V
Pins 4-5: Ground
Pin 6-7: 17.2
Pins 8-9: 1.4 + .8
Pin 10: 6.3
Pin 11: 11.6
Pins 12-14: Nothing
Pin 15: 29.6

It seems like pins 8+9 are way off but I have no idea. Need to go find a schematic!

I'm sure I'll find the schematic easily but if anyway has it, please list a link so I can compare to what I found! Thanks
 
Wow, ok, I found schematics to the cockpit version...If its the same power block...WTF? why am I getting 29V on 15? There shouldnt even be anything there? As for the +50, not even close.

As usual, I'm missing something. I can take the insults but would love any input as well!
