Star Wars Arcade, is the Transformer Dual Power?

Hi. It supports 220V with a different pigtail installed on the powerblock. If you look in the SW manual, it lists a part number for the brown wire pigtail in the Irish cabs that is designed for 220V operation. You also have to change the main fuse at F1.

Yes, AFAIK all Atari games (at least from that era) have swithable power supply's with the different pigtail.

I have converted an upright and a cockpit from 110V to 230V by changing the pig-tail wiring.

Note that in that case you have to clearly mark it because maybe someone in the future will read the manual, see the wire colors and assume the wrong voltage is set-up.

Not sure which way you want to go, but if you are in a 230V country I would set it up for 240V (not 220V). My experience is that mains voltage is usually a bit higher than 230V and almost never lower. 220V will work, but 240V lessons the "tension" on the PSU.

The links for 230 and 240 Volt are the same :D

My machine is set to 230/240 also

Edit: 220V is different :D

Ah I see now, J3 has a Pigtail on it.
Yes I think New Zealand is 240v (I think we may have moved to 230v at some point).
Is it recommended to modify the existing pigtail to match the manual? Or should I be looking for a real one?

It's very simple to modify the 110V to 240V setting. You have to get one pin out of the connector and put it back in another location of that connector IIRC and maybe cut one, I forgot. Just as long as you end up with the correct wire jumps as indicated on the manual.

And as mentioned, put a VERY clear marking on it that it is for 240VAC.
