Star Trek monitor top half of display missing

I have a sweet Star Trek with the original G08 monitor. I just started having issues with it.
After it warms up, the top half of the screen flatlines and only displays the bottom. I guess I am not getting proper horizontal deflection? does anyone have a flow chart on repairing an original Star Trek Monitor? I know it is not the best solution, but I do have a spare non working Electrohome G08 I could try to steal parts from.
